Hi, I’m Jo and welcome to JG Virtual Assistant Ltd!

 

Prior to starting in the corporate world, I studied English at university, with my main focus on creative writing. I’ve been a writer since childhood and love playing around with words - it’s why blog writing is one of my main offerings as I thoroughly enjoy taking clients’ ideas, making them a reality and sharing their knowledge and expertise with their audience. 

 

Since university, I’ve spent 13 years working in central departments at both small and large businesses. During this time, it’s where I picked up the skills that form many of the services I offer. I have experience in managing shared inboxes, creating content for newsletters and websites and data entry on both spreadsheets and CRMs. One of the reasons why I became a virtual assistant is because I have seen first-hand the benefits of outsourcing and how it can help to streamline and create a more efficient business. It frees up time to focus on revenue-generating tasks and hugely reduces the feeling of overwhelm and stress.

 

There is nothing more satisfying than helping you clear your inbox, keep your diary under control, create a bank of blog content to help drive traffic to your website or keep your social media alive so you can focus on bringing in the money. My aim with all of my services is to give you peace of mind that the admin you might have previously stressed about is in safe hands with a capable, professional, thoughtful and most of all, friendly individual.

 

I appreciate every one of my clients and I only want the very best for you and your business. Open and frank communication is key to successful outsourcing, especially when it might be your first experience and I aim to make the process as smooth as possible so you can get back to focusing on growing your business.

Why use a virtual assistant?

Running a small business requires you as an owner to wear many hats. Marketing, finance, production, customer service, operations, admin - it all falls to you and after a while, it can be almost impossible to sustain or give 100% to every part. So what are your options?

 

You could employ a team member or two and for some businesses that’s exactly the right move. But for many small businesses, that’s an expensive option and whilst there’s too much for you to do on your own, there’s not quite enough to justify an employee. Enter a virtual assistant - me!

 

You can hire me for as many hours as you need - there is no pressure to sign up for a set amount of hours a month. I’m flexible and available as required by your business needs. Using a virtual assistant is more cost-effective than a regular employee as there are no hidden extras. I cover my own sick pay, holiday pay, NI, tax, pension and insurance.

 

All work undertaken is confidential. I am ICO registered and any necessary agreements will be drawn up if the work involves handling personal or sensitive data.
